Alaska Refinery

Alaska Refinery

Alaska Refinery

Del Mar Energy is starting the construction of a second oil refinery in Alaska — a strategic step aimed at expanding production capacity and strengthening the company’s role in the defense and aerospace sectors. This initiative reflects our long-term strategy to scale industrial capabilities in order to meet the growing demands of government contracts and ensure energy security.

Building a refinery is a complex, multi-stage process that includes design, site preparation, installation of structural steel and equipment, and the development of supporting infrastructure and logistics. After construction and installation are completed, the project enters the commissioning and startup phase. Modern refineries are designed with strict environmental standards in mind, incorporating high levels of automation and advanced digital control systems. These technologies guarantee not only operational efficiency and safety, but also sustainability in the production of fuels and petrochemical products.

The construction of this second refinery is not only an industrial project but also a catalyst for broader economic development. It contributes directly to energy independence by reducing reliance on imported fuel, stabilizing domestic supply, and strengthening price security in the U.S. market. In addition, the project will generate thousands of jobs during the construction phase and create hundreds of permanent positions once operations begin. It will also become a significant source of tax revenue, supporting federal and local budgets.

The refinery will act as a driver of industrial growth across multiple sectors — including engineering, construction, transportation, logistics, and chemicals — while also creating new opportunities for international exports. Its strategic location in Alaska will provide additional advantages in terms of logistics and access to global markets, further reinforcing the United States’ competitive position.

As part of this expansion, Del Mar Energy is opening new investment opportunities aligned with the key operational stages of refinery development:

 1. Earthworks

 2. Chemical Cleaning

 3. Fleet Management

 4. Structural Steel Erection

 5. Logistics Operations

Participation in these investment opportunities will be available exclusively with new capital, ensuring that the expansion phase is supported by fresh resources dedicated to scaling the project. By joining, investors gain access to a program that combines technological advancement, economic impact, and long-term strategic value.
